But I didn’t go Saturday because I was at a sleepover. ANYWAY, I’M SO FREAKING OUT OF SHAPE. I couldn’t even make 300s on 3:45 which is like a freaking 1:15 pace which should be the easiest thing ever! But it wasn’t!! Like ughhhh. Now I have to get back into shape and it’s gonna suck because it’s so hard and hurts so bad but I think I can do it. Just ugh.
It was our “end of the world” practice.
500 reverse IM warmup
10x100s on 1:40 75 fly/back/breast 25 free side kick
20x100s on 1:30 2x 25 major stroke, 25 free
30x100s on 1:20 free
40x100s on 1:10 (but we only did 30) (I made 24 :)))
and then the last 10 we did one easy on 2:00, one blast on 1:00
and 6x50s on :50 warmdown
and 10 pullups
We got out of practice 20 minutes late -.- but yeah 10,400 yards, like 7 miles

Oh my gosh, I know! But I don’t have to go to high school practice until the week before state, just the meets :)
Is it just me, or is 200 back the most painful event ever? Your legs are burning, gonna fall off, your arms are burning, your legs are gone, your arms are gone, and you still have a 50 left…
Woot! Woot! One more practice and then state meet! and the practice is at 10:30 too so I get to sleep in :) Then we have our Pasta Pump Up with food and food and food and more food. I’M SO EXCITED!! I LOVE TAPER!! But there’s this one girl who applied for Zones, but she hasn’t swam 200 Free in forever or something, so (keep in mind this girl is not good at the 200 Free) SHE GETS TO TAKE SOMEONE’S SPOT ON THE 800 FREE RELAY WHO RIGHTFULLY EARNED IT WITH A FAST TIME. Tell me how that’s fair. I better still be on it. As of before this, I was the 3rd fasted on the relay so I’m guessing the 4th person will get kicked off? But that is still not fair at all. If I get kicked off, I’ll be pissed off. She should’ve earned her spot. On another note, I FINALLY GET TO DROP TIME!! I just love dropping time, if you drop time at every single meet you don’t understand. I get to taper and drop time twice a year. So this is a big event for me. I’m trying not to be nervous about making the Zone team, but hopefully that will work out. Okay bye guys. Ask me anything maybe? Thoughts?
